\"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p>In May of 1956, in response to the invitation of S\u00e3o Paulo Museum of Modern Art, the Federal Government of Brazil invited our country to participate in the 4th Bienal de S\u00e3o Paulo in 1957. The ambassador in Brazil telegrammed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in sending quality works to the Bienal for cultural publicity. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs would then forward the telegram to the Ministry of Education, with the Minister instructing NMH in charge of its execution.<\/p>\n<p>In the absence of experience, the museum had to find out the floor plan of its Brazilian venue, the size of its shipping container in order to stipulate the size of the works.
